LEVANT - Sleeps 4

A cool, spacious gite. Full of character with exposed stonework and impressive beams.

Downstairs is a large living area with comfy sofas and a wood-burning fire. Satellite tv (all BBC channels) and dvd player. The dining area has a large dining table. French doors lead onto a terrace with barbeque, shaded by a vine-covered pergola.

The kitchen area is well-equipped with cooker, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and microwave. A selection of oil, vinegar, herbs and spices and condiments are provided along with a starter amount of tea and coffee.

A stone staircase from the lounge leads to a double bedroom, with views over the surrounding fields, and a twin bedroom looking over the garden. There is an attractive shower room/wc. Both bedrooms are equipped with fans for warm summer nights.

As well as being delightfully cool during the hot summers, Levant is also ideal as a winter let. The insert woodburner vents into the double bedroom and the gite is extremely cosy in cold weather.
